went back to coral on Tues..
what can i say about the unit? super damn slack?
i think its far worse than super damn slack.

a simple of moving out from npcc room to the parade square takes 20 sec and they are taking their own sweet time..

so they mux be thinking nco not going to scold them or ask them to go back in and come out.. then i shall do it.
ever since the term starts after june hols, i haven been turning up & now finally i went back, that is the kind of standard..

it's kind of demoralising man..
once the unit was so up.. and till now.. it is so down.
does the fault lies with the teachers, with the cis, with the parents or with the cadets themselves?

i guess regardless of who, everyone plays a part.
cis are busy and they can only make it down for training once a week & cadets are thinking that the training is boring, only drills or campcraft.
teachers are trying to get approval to get the cadets out of the school for some fun or so and upper level mgmt is like controlling and etc and courts are taken up, which means no ball games for them and..

anyway the present Coral Sux. seriously sux.. whether is it in terms of npcc or the whole school, totally screwed up.
im lucky im not that generation or my ci course wasn't recent, else, for sure i wun wan to be posted back to coral (though it will be nice to see familiar faces).

trying to make time to go back Coral on Tues since i have no lessons and Friday as well ... (which i guess i can try to change the tuition date)
my ncos and cis are not liking the new teacher that is being assigned to npcc.

hahas.. what can we do? he got more experience as he had been an OC at area 11 school for 10 years. mr yap says he is grateful the teacher came.

im not sure.. but i guess if we want to bring the unit up, we have to change some of our styles..
hopefully before i grad with my batch, can bring the standards up..


.this will be a challenge bah... im gonna screw ppl up & down often again.
